Shipping policy

When we receive your order, we strive to ship your package as quickly as possible. If the item you ordered is in stock and your order is placed before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If you live in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, your order will be delivered on the next business day. You will receive a tracking code via email from PostNL or DHL.

Rest of Europe: 5 working days
Rest of World: 5 to 10 working days

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and take effect from the date of shipment. Sziano is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination or issues with postal carriers.
