Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be processed quickly and easily by clicking here.
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period during which customers can return their package without providing any reason. This 14-day period starts when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Try out your purchase on a clean surface. If you return or exchange your order, we will inspect your return for signs of use upon receipt. Returns will be rejected if:
- We find dirt, signs of use, or dust on the bottom of the sole.
- The return is incomplete.
- The goods are damaged.
Make sure to return your order in its original, new condition, with all accessories included.
Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be in their original condition and must not be used. Try the shoes on a clean carpeted surface.
- All returns must include the original box in its original condition, accessories, and the original packing slip.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when returning or exchanging for a different color or size. You can send the package via any postal service of your choice. Once we have received and processed your returned items in their original condition, we will begin processing your exchange or refund request. We will cover the shipping costs for the new product being sent to the customer according to our return policy.
How to Return Your Order
- Go to our online return portal.
- Enter your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and/or return, along with the reason(s), and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Follow the steps in the portal.
- Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email with all return instructions.
Important Notes
- Sale items: Sziano does not offer refunds for sale items. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or converted into store credit.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank or card provider.
- The returned product remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Please keep proof of shipment in case your return gets lost in transit.
- You will receive an email once we have received your return in its original condition at our warehouse. Once received, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. This typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs according to our return policy.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
