- What is the status of my order?
If you order before 17:00 CET, your package will be shipped the same day. Your package will be delivered 1-2 business days (Netherlands) or 2-5 business days (other countries) after ordering. Didn't receive your package on time? Please contact us at support@sziano.com.
- I have not received a confirmation email. What can I do?
The confirmation of your order will be sent to your email within 30 minutes after your order. Didn't receive anything? Check your spam folder in your email. Confirmation emails are often seen as spam by your email program. Still didn't receive anything? Send an email to support@sziano.com. We will send you the confirmation email as soon as possible.

All our styles are true to size, except for the runners and loafers collections, for which we recommend ordering a size smaller. So if you normally wear size 41, order size 40 of this product.
