What is the status of my order?
When ordered before 17:00 CET, your package will be send the same day. Your package will be delivered 1-2 working days (the Netherlands) or 2-5 working days (other countries) after ordering. Did you not receive your package in time? Please contact us at support@sziano.com.
I have not received a confirmation email. What can I do?
The confirmation of your order will be send to your email within 30 minutes after ordering. Did you not receive anything? Then please check your spamfolder in your email. Confirmation emails are often seen as spam by your mail application. Still did not receive anything? Please send an email to support@sziano.com. We will send you the confirmation email as soon as possible.

All of our models are true size, except the runner Rising, which we recommend you to order one size smaller. So; if you usually wear size 41, please order size 40 of this product.
